London, 12 June 2025 – Global Switch, one of the original data centre partners, and a leading owner, operator and developer of large-scale, carrier and cloud neutral data centres in Europe and Asia-Pacific, today announces the following changes to its Board of Directors:
Guo Ruoqiang, who joined the Board in September 2023, is stepping down from his role as Non-Executive Director. Li Dongfeng has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Board with immediate effect.

Li Dongfeng is currently Head of M&A and Restructuring at AVIC Trust, having joined that business in 2015. AVIC Trust are Global Switch’s second largest shareholder on a look-through basis. In her role, she leads on all data centre sector investments, has spearheaded pre- and post-investment management projects and led exit processes – managing large-scale, high-value transactions.
Ms Li holds a Bachelor of Laws from the China University of Political Science and Law, a Master of Laws from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and is also a holder of the Legal Profession Qualification Certificate of China.
The Board and Executive Management team would like to express their sincere gratitude to Guo Ruoqiang for his valuable contribution to the Company, and would like to warmly welcome Li Dongfeng. They look forward to her participation and contribution as the Company continues to evolve and expand.
